For our pilgrimage, we approached the Bora Bora, the elemental island of First Born, just so in mid-January 2004 ... a spec of earth measuring just under 17 square miles, around a central lagoon described by James Michener, "is so stunning, there are really no adequate words to describe it"

... and so our First Born, Erita, the Royal Coconut of the Great Valley, was conceived, and arrived on October 6th, 2004 at 9:00am
